In a twin-sized bed, on the sofa, on a sofa bed (because the twin-sized bed was too small), on the floor, on a mattress on the floor (after we broke the sofa bed), in a bathtub, in a tent (well, almost, but trust me, it counts), in several really nice hotels, in apartments I've lived in - generally in pretty generic places. I've never been too terribly adventurous in that regard.
