Winter Count - February

Here I am not even a week in to Holidailies and Tidings, and I'm already falling behind! Gah! Anyway, looking back on February I see I participated in another monthly writing project Februarium, where we were prompted to write about "Who We Love", "Why We Love", and "Where We Love". It was an interesting project, as well as rather difficult. One would think writing about love would be easy, but it really wasn't. Not for me.

I also participated in Self-Portrait Day, which only seemed appropriate considering Self-Portrait is the name of my journal, and I've been a chronic self-portrait taker since high school!

By the end of February I was going out of my mind with excitement because WeetaCon was just around the corner. I'm a huge Green Bay Packers fan, so visiting Green Bay, WI meant not only would I get to hang out with a bunch of really cool people, but I'd get to visit the Hallowed Ground of Lambeau Field as well!

Here's a couple of the best pictures I took in February. No, really I did! Don't let the blue sky and bright yellow daffodils fool you - it was February alright!
