Self-Portrait: Holidailies 2008

Today is not a good day. Not a good day at all. First? I'm having my period, which means I already feel bloated, crampy, disgusting and unclean. Then, I leave my wallet in my mom's car, but don't realize it until I'm already at the bus stop. Next, I pulled the tendon in my right leg again, so THAT will be fun to walk around on today. And finally, there's only one ream of white paper left in the supply area even though there was half a case there on Friday. WHO KEEPS TAKING ALL OUR WHITE PAPER, DANG IT?!

But, there are a couple bright spots already shining through the gloom of this Monday: the headphone adapter I bought for britney treo arrived last Friday and I used it this morning on the bus. It was so nice to listen to music while reading my book and not being subjected to the inane blabbering of teenagers (Different teenagers than Friday night; nice, clean teens.)! And, second, I found this on my desk at work:

One of my reading buddies bought me a copy of Beedle the Bard! What a sweetie! So, yeah, I guess things are looking up. Maybe. We'll see.
